To further reduce hiring risks, we offer a 60-day guarantee on all placements. If a candidate does not meet expectations within the first 60 days, there is no fee. Additionally, our agreements have 30-day payment terms, meaning no payment is due for 90 days. This gives companies ample time to evaluate new hires before making any financial commitment.
